With 20 years experience in both commercial and residential sales, I understand what attributes to longevity and success within the real estate industry. I believe the key to building successful relationships in business and in life is a willingness to listen and to have a can-do-attitude.

With a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Business Administration, prior to joining Ray White I held the position as Sole Operator in leasing commercial space at the World Trade Centre in Kochi, India. I was responsible for 75,000m² of high end commercial leasing and worked closely with the Property Management Team to assist and facilitate many multinational companies to secure commercial space within the World Trade Centre. With an international client portfolio which included Xerox Technologies, KPMG, IQVIA, Nielsen and UST Global, to name a few, For business, I have travelled extensively to Dubai, Kuwait and Singapore. 

Calm under pressure, I am incredibly detail focused. A skill I personally found valuable  when overseeing the design and construction of my own home. It allowed me to experience the residential side of the real estate process from the ground up with residential sales continuing to be an important part of my business. “I value the fact that people look to me first for advice and I like to see the joy on their faces when they purchase a new home”. For me it is about creating lifelong relationships. An experienced salesperson I am not a stranger to selling residential properties having sold over 800 high end apartments and villas. 

With a wide range of interests I enjoy cricket, football, cooking, reading, travel and exploring new cultures. This deep interest in travel provided the catalyst for making the move to New Zealand. 

Myself, together with my wife and young family, are enjoying the pristine life New Zealand provides. “New Zealand is a beautiful country with endless possibilities.”
