Before Jake Zhou joined Justin Wu's team, he had been in the real estate industry since 2021 and dealt with people of different cultural backgrounds, and gained extensive experience in Sales & Marketing since he came to New Zealand in 2014. Before that, he had graduated from the renowned Sun Yat-sen University with a master degree in Economics, and worked in a major state owned enterprise and a multinational bank's China office afterwards.

Now he is so excited to be turning his career path towards real estate.

With a strong background in economics, good skills in negotiation and building interpersonal connections with people, great interest and enthusiasm for service in real estate, Jake is confident to in his ability to help his clients with various property buying and selling needs. He has always carried the values of hard working, honesty, integrity and professionalism.

As a passionate fan of football, when Jake isn’t working, you’ll often find him at football fields in the neighbourhood of Howick, or enjoying time with his lovely sons.
