Hayden has a 20 year career working in Retail Buying at a management level, and recently managed a high end boutique Construction company. In this time Hayden has learnt that relationships are key to a successful business, and people buy from people. Hayden is driven, has boundless positivity and is constantly thinking outside the box. Hayden is married and is a father of 4 children. He is active in his community, often being involved in community projects, helping at local schools and is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach at his local club.
