For the Past 18 years Mike has been a top performer for an established national group builder, and an independent family-owned business, both building companies’ areas were focused on the North Shore and Rodney District, where a lot of his success was built on repeat business and word of mouth, driven by his passion to go above and beyond for the client by working intimately with them to ensure they have their best new build experience, he gets personal satisfaction and enjoyment out of helping his clients of all ages, first home and repeat buyers journey into the property market.

Mikes love of building came about through his own personal building and renovation projects with a variety of building companies while working in the Building Industry.

During his time in the building industry Mike has developed long term relationships with developers, and real estate agents where he has facilitated house land packages in the majority of the land developments in the local Orewa area.

Mike has now brought his experience and knowledge to Ray White Orewa and can now offer his clients the full service through finding them the right property to constructing their new home or achieving property ownership by purchasing an existing dwelling.

Mike and his family have resided in Orewa for the last 13 years, where they are loyal supporters of the Orewa College Football Team and The Silverdale Tennis Club where his son attends, Mike loves to travel and his other passions outside of work is playing tennis and golf.
