After a very successful career in Financial Services in the UK, Roy came to New Zealand to pursue his love of flying and owned a reputable helicopter training and charter company for 17 years amongst other business interests. 

Roy has an innate understanding of property, design and the building industry having worked in his family businesses from an early age. He is also a motivated entrepreneur and worked at corporate board level with strategy, change management, business development, operations, tourism, NZ government departments and Airport Authorities. He is also a highly accomplished helicopter pilot, flight examiner, multiple business and property owner, celebrant and Justice of the Peace.
