Before joining Ray White, Reece had a successful corporate career with Fonterra, that saw him take senior executive roles in Middle East (8 years), Japan (6 years), New Zealand, and Chicago, USA (3 years).  He has a Degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from University of Auckland, and has attended post graduate executive programmes at INSEAD Paris, London Business School, and Massey University.  

Reece’s passion is leadership, that has seen him lead global teams through significant growth and transformation.  In his most recent role at Fonterra he was responsible for a business unit with revenues over $2 billion, and a global staff of 34 people.  His LinkedIn profile can be found at linkedin.com/in/reece-prewett-4114674.
