Amanda offers a comprehensive experience specialising in apartments, residential homes, luxury and waterfront property and multi-unit developments. Amanda is backed by significant experience in these areas of real estate all across the Auckland region.

Amanda is from Hubei Province in China and a fluent speaker of English and Mandarin. She achieved a B.Sc. in Microbiology & Food Sciences from Auckland University before securing her real estate licence in 2018. Her working life has been largely dominated by roles within the property industry within her highly successful family businesses. Because of her outstanding communication skills, Amanda’s primary focus was to liaise with clients, local authorities and tradespeople working to bring to fruition numerous residential development undertakings for the company. Amanda is an honest and genuine person with a sharp intellect and an adaptable nature.  Her goal is to always get the job done, putting the clients and their needs first. She is very much a problem-solver with an exceptional understanding of the processes and procedures involved with property and land development in Auckland.
