As a licensee salesperson with Ray White Parnell, Celine Holyoake commenced her real

estate sales career in late 2020. She was attracted to real estate partly as some of her

family work in sectors of the industry and also by her experience at twenty two years old,

in buying her first investment property in Remuera. Celine is looking to assist those

negotiating their way through the high-pressure buying and selling landscape in the central

Auckland region.

Celine has spent most of her life in New Zealand being born and raised here, a true

“Kiwi”, however moved to Australia to complete a Bachelor of Business Management in

2018. Celine started work at Ray White Parnell in mid-2020 as a PA where she rapidly

mastered the systems and procedures associated with real estate marketing and

administration while she studied towards her real estate salespersons licence.

Celine has always been described as a “people person”. Celine has a maturity beyond her

years with life events influencing her significant knowledge and commercial insight. This

combination of youthful energy and level-headed worldliness sets her apart from others

offering a rare blend that adds value to her clients’ experience. Very focussed, with grit

and determination to succeed, Celine is a people-connector, passionately driven to win

and with a confident can-do attitude toward anything she sets her mind to. When Celine

isn’t walking her beloved dog around neighbouring Orakei Basin she loves to spend time

with her family, and get out on the Waitemata Harbour – boating and exploring the Hauraki

Gulf.
