Introducing Richard Kang Born in South Korea in Nam Won,  After college he attended Namseoul University where he completed his Bachelor of Marketing. He immigrated to New Zealand with his wife and two children in 2002.   Richard commenced real estate in September 2006 with Ray White. In this time Richard has proved himself to be an outstanding salesperson. This year has seen a record number of Ray White agents reach elite status with 231 salespeople named. The Alan White Elite Performers, in a network of more than 7,000 members, are recognised for their exceptional performance in the market during the previous calendar year (2015) including volume of sales and settled commission.  This status equates to the Alan White Elite Performers being in the top two per cent of the Ray White Group across Australia and New Zealand achieving either 65 or more sales or settle half ­a ­million dollars in commission. “Our Alan White Elite Performers are recognised as the very finest operators within the Ray White network. These Elite Performers have consistently shown and exhibited the skills the company is proud of,” Brian White, joint­ Chairman of the Ray White Group said.This year saw 104 agents named in New Zealand, followed by 49 in NSW, 30 in Queensland, 27 in Victoria five in south Australia and two in Western Australia, while 11 Commercial agents reached elite status and three Ray White Rural,  The Alan White Elite Performer group is named in memory of the company’s second generation leader Alan White who, throughout his lifetime, understood the role exceptional operators played in the organisation.
