Lindi’s successful real estate path began in 2004 when she saw a niche for herself in an industry that could benefit from her attitude to sales and relationship building. Past roles in teaching, human resources recruitment and sales were assets Lindi felt she could blend with her strong family values, solid work ethics and “can-do” attitude.

Lindi has a knack of recognizing the right buyer for a home and on countless occasions her instincts have served her vendors well. She loves to accompany her clients on their real estate journey and her calm manner and motivation to “make people happy” leaves a positive impression of her in the minds of her clients long after the property has settled.

Lindi grew up in South Africa and moved to New Zealand with her family in 1994. She and her husband were keen for a lifestyle change and a more favourable environment in which to raise their two young children. They love the easy New Zealand lifestyle and sporting opportunities that this country offers.

A competitive person by nature (Lindi is a keen sports woman) she loves to negotiate and close the deal so that everyone wins.

Now working in partnership with Lindi is Rita Lan – a speaker of Mandarin Chinese and one of the founding members of the Ray White Remuera office. This team of two selling homes in Remuera and the Eastern suburbs, know that they offer a critical point of difference. They are complementary in their skills, they understand the challenges of settling in to a new place; and they both display a strong determination to conduct themselves with respect for the process and the people they are serving – you, their clients.
