Margaret carved out a formidable and highly successful marketing career for herself in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. She was a highly respected marketing and promotional manager for New Zealand's number one healthcare distributor. Her business expertise and experience in sales negotiation, marketing, communication, major event and people management prepared her well for the competitive real estate industry. Her contribution to the Pharmaceutical industry cannot be underestimated and her talent of “thinking outside the box” created some ground-breaking marketing concepts that were unheard of at the time. Outside of real estate, Margaret has been a highly competitive provincial golfing representative for over 15 years, and has also selected and managed very successful representative teams and still plays competitive golf.  In 2004 she was seeking new challenges and joined Ray White Ellerslie, and then spent the following 5 years building a successful real estate business attaining Premier Status very quickly. In 2010 following time spent with another brand, Margaret joined forces with Robin McDowall and bought Ray White Epsom. With managerial experience, corporate marketing skills and an intuitive grasp of what people want, she never looked back and since then she and Robin have become a remarkable team. Following the sale of the Ray White Epsom business, Margaret and Robin joined Ray White Broadway. Two and half years down the track they moved up the road to link arms with the Ray White Remuera team and now thoroughly enjoy selling in many of Auckland’s central and outlying suburbs. Margaret believes her success is due in part to her networking and connecting skills, her determination to prove herself, her ability to listen, communicate, put her clients first and her longevity in the real estate industry.
