I came to New Zealand with a background in international trading business gained over nearly twenty years, during which time I used to sell a vast range of textile products to European markets - such as C&A, Littlewood, Debenham, Chelseagirl, etc, in United Kingdom, retail outlets such as Kadlstart, Kaufhalle, Kauffhope in Germany, Upim, Standa Foster Brothers, Omino Deferro in Italy, Auchan in France, Woolworths and Target Venture Store in Australia, J C Penny in USA, Hema in Holland and Alcampo in Spain.
Following a brief period as an educational consultant in New Zealand, Real Estate was the natural vocation in which to utilise the excellent people oriented business skills I have developed. Over the years the experience I have gained has been invaluable in building rapport and focusing on my customers’ requirements. In my ten years in the Real Estate Industry, I have gained a reputation as an honest, trustworthy and dedicated Real Estate Professional, with a comprehensive knowledge of the local residential property market and thus I am proud that I have successfully achieved National Millionaire status both in 1999/2000 and again in 2001/2002 selling years and to my surprise and joy, I have brought forward National Millionaire status in consecutive years in 2002/2003 by the end of April 2002 AND UP TO 2008 with the support of our untiring Epsom office sales team. NZ Premier Status is a special achievement recognition awarded only to the top echelon of sales people throughout the Ray White Group. I have also achieved special recognition as Number Three Salesperson Auctions Listed Auckland Cityside zone October to December 1998, Number One Salesperson Auctions Listed in April, and Number Three Salesperson in the Same Category in July 2006 in recognition of outstanding achievement in the Ray White Group with the support of our professional Epsom office sales team.
Giving to the community is very important in our lives and I am currently helping at Epsom Girls Grammar School where I was the Chairperson for the Korean Parent Net-Work which I organised in order to establish and improve relationships between the school and Korean parents who have children studying at Epsom Girls Grammar School.
It is important to remember in these days of rapidly advancing technology of the new millennium, that we still deal with real people in the buying and selling of their greatest asset - their home - and this requires a caring and personal understanding. I am proud to be part of the dynamic international Ray White Real Estate Network. My clients will enjoy the benefits I have attained from Ray White’s superior training in marketing techniques.
Whether you are considering purchasing, or wish to sell now or in the future, I would like the opportunity to earn your confidence and trust, so that we can work together in all your Real Estate requirements. You can be assured of a discreet, prompt and professional service that only twenty successful years as a professional businessman in a wide range of service industries can bring.

&";To whom it may concern.
I am Notary Public and retired Solicitor who became the Executor and Trustee of the estate of Mrs A C Wilson upon her death in September 2009.
Mrs Wilson owned a residence at 7 Landscape Road, Mt Eden which her family confirmed the directions in her will to arrange the sale of that property and to distribute the net proceeds as directed.
I sought the opinions and advice of Bayleys in Mt Eden and Ray White in Epsom as to the best method to market the property.
Michael Oh of Ray White provided a most comprehensive marketing submission which I accepted when engaging that firm to undertake the promotion and auctioning of the property.
Michael’s personal profile which he provided is impressive and shows him to have attained the status of a senior and recognized real estate professional for a number of years over the last decade.
I found Michael to be courteous, capable and knowledgeable during the period leading to the sale of 7 Landscape Road in mid April 2010.
I greatly appreciate his first class assistance over a period of some weeks both to me and to Penny Wilson who occupied the house until its sale.
Yours faithfully,
R H Duncan&";
