With significant construction qualifications and experience, Aram is a veteran when it comes to the bricks and mortar of property. With the acquired knowledge he has gained in his role as a Quantity Surveyor, he also possesses local real estate knowledge particularly in the neighbourhoods where he lives, works, and owns property – North Shore (Hillcrest, Glenfield, Takapuna) and Eastern Bays (St Heliers, Kohimarama, Mission Bay & Eastridge).

Aram has Bachelor’s degrees in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying which he attained at Unitec and Massey University and spent 10 years working in the New Zealand construction industry, deeply involved in all technical and planning aspects of residential and commercial buildings. He joined Ray White Maguires One Team in 2021.

Bringing his construction expertise and knowledge to his real estate role, Aram is an asset when dealing with clients. He’s also well-connected to a number of developers, builders, and architects all across Auckland. Analytical and objective, Aram cuts to the chase, seeing the overall picture and offering himself as a one-stop-shop advisor with the credentials to back it up. 

High-energy, driven, and trilingual, he speaks English, Swedish & Kurdish (Sorani) fluently, is well travelled and loves to learn and interact with different cultures. Aram works out regularly at his local boxing gym and gets inspired from seeing young people developing whether mentally, physically, or professionally.
