As a real estate salesperson, Deb's strengths are in planning, project management, relationship-building, and problem-solving. Her goal is to support homeowners to bring their homes to market and secure a successful outcome.

Following a successful sales career in corporate roles for the FMCG industry, Deborah moved into real estate. Deb offers her passion to help others through the sales process.

Deb's career followed a mixed professional path, including working in a ‘not for profit’. While living in Europe, she developed several successful entrepreneurial businesses, completed catering and hospitality qualifications before returning to New Zealand with her husband and four children. Back in NZ Deb attained a Diploma in Hospitality Management, then worked in food service as an Event Manager, and in sales as a Territory Manager in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. Deb and her husband settled in Auckland in 2014 choosing a lifestyle house-sitting around the city which gave insight into the transitory challenges of relocating. Deb's career in National Sales and Business Development expanded her creative flair and innovation and built her large network of trusted relationships.

She sees her passion for helping others fulfill their dreams, together with her affinity with those transitioning from one place to another, as a major point of difference.

Deb is tenacious, level headed, and a strategic negotiator. Her service industry background means clients can expect she will place their needs as her top priority. Deborah works to ensure each step of the process is executed well and communicated clearly so that her clients and customers will achieve their real estate goals.

Deb proven sales record includes $42m residential property sales. Deb has sold as a buyer's agent. She has a network of investors who trust her to help buy their property.

She has intentionally chosen not to work in a large team, preferring a personal and very hands-on approach. Her husband Trevor is also a salesperson but has a full-time general manager role outside of the real estate industry. This means additional support is also personal and intimately involved.

if needed at open homes or viewings during the weekend.

She believes in the process of selling and sticks to it regardless, of the media noise, the market, the property, and the timeframe to sell. Her commitment is personal and for as long as it takes to sell the property.

On a personal note, Deb is married to Trevor and has four adult children and four adorable grandchildren. Of course, her grandchildren are angels, can do no wrong, and get away with just about anything they want. She just doesn't tell their parents.
