Nadine Wilson, experienced licensed salesperson with Ray White St Heliers, has worked in the industry since 2015, initially in a marketing and client management role and latterly in sales with Maguires One Team in Kohimarama. As a dedicated local with an extensive network of connections in and around the eastern peninsula, Nadine has valuable knowledge and an admirable skillset to assist sellers with their campaigns and buyers to find the home of their dreams.
A born and bred Aucklander, Nadine was an early entrepreneur and comes from a family business background. Ambitious and incredibly conscientious, Nadine has a business degree majoring in marketing and has spent most of her significant corporate career in the high-pressure FMCG arena. During nine years in London furthering her career with large global food brands, she and her husband invested in several residential properties back in New Zealand, intensifying her ongoing passion for real estate. On her return she worked for a Remuera real estate company for two years running campaigns and handling the marketing for high-end properties. She then worked for Wayne Maguire as his Auction Campaign Manager at Ray White Mission Bay before moving into sales in 2018.
Nadine is adaptable, tremendously hard-working and resilient – traits she’s possessed all her life. Her likeability is something that is mentioned time and again in her many testimonials from clients. Excellent at building rapport and very comfortable with the systems and processes of a perfectly executed auction campaign, Nadine has a genuine love of seeing a happy client get to where they want to be, with her help.
Life outside of real estate very much revolves around her busy family life in her Glen Innes/St Heliers neighbourhood. A major foodie and keen gym goer, Nadine’s two children have attended local schools and participate in the many local activities available for children in the Bays.
