Pheon and Richard have been household names for vendors and buyers in the region for ten years, expanding their geographic reach in 2020 to offer clients broader options.

Pheon has had a highly respected career in public health and the corporate world. A Bachelor of Medicine she has worked in training, product development, sales and operations roles both in China and Hong Kong. Her sales expertise and fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghai dialect and English assists greatly in helping their diversity of clients.

As an integral part of a highly successful team of two, Pheon is astute, insightful, warm and unflappable. She loves the contact with people and the excitement of high-energy real estate transacting.
