She also won the "Marketing of the Year Award" for 24/25 for Distinction Realty (Ray White Tauranga and Bayfair) and is the lead agent at Sarah Deighton & Co Real Estate. Sarah has had an impressive career graduating with a Masters degree and was a Director at Waipuna Hospice (Allied Health).  After reaching the pinnacle of her career which included PhD research in health, she decided to start her own real estate business 'Sarah Deighton & Co Real Estate' with the goal of providing exemplary customer service.   

Sarah is a hard working and highly professional real estate expert, who works from a strong ethical framework. She works transparently with both sellers and buyers and her communication is simply exceptional. 

Sarah has always been invested in her community and for this reason she is a member of Rotary (Te Papa) and has been a Board Member for a national organisation that works to support the wellbeing of children and their families.
