Terry is a true Warkworth “Local”. He has called Warkworth home for the past 40 years and his list of contacts are endless.

Terry has been involved in real estate for the past 23 years and has extensive experience in marketing and selling real estate ranging from farms to residential properties. 

Terry does not specialise in any one area and his sales have been conducted in all of the North Rodney area from Puhoi to Wellsford and all of the coastal areas.

Terry enjoys problem solving and is not one to rest on his laurels once he has a contract in place. He will follow through with all matters required for the sale to be successful. It is a testament to this follow up that Terry has very few contracts that do not proceed through to settlement.

He is a good communicator and knows that it is the key to a successful working relationship.  

Terry enjoys meeting and working with people and tries to make the process of buying and selling real estate as stress free as possible. He has been described as “laid back “ by some but be assured that this impression  works in his favour when working in a sometimes stressful situation.

He prides himself on his honesty and tenacity. Terry is self-disciplined which comes from his previous 28 year career in the NZ Police.
