Meet Warrick Harkness - a seasoned real estate professional with over thirteeen years in the industry and a stand-out performer in both residential and lifestyle sales in our region. With a passion for client focused results, Warrick has gained a reputation as a committed, experienced and people-focused salesperson.

Having travelled extensively, Warrick’s journey led him from the telecommunications industry, to tourism, and eventually to the heart of real estate in 2001. As former rookie of the year, he quickly became a leading salesperson known for his quiet confidence and his down to earth, no-nonsense, results-driven approach.

In 2010, his success saw him offered a national management role with a global risk-reduction business, before transitioning to the agriculture industry in 2014 with a sales role at CB Norwood, rising to regional manager before returning to real estate in 2021. 

Having called Whangarei home since 1995, Warrick has a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. Alongside his wife Victoria and their two daughters, he has embraced the Northland life-style and the Whangarei community.
