I build real relationships with my clients. I take the time to listen, understand your needs, and guide you through the process with warmth, honesty, and professionalism.
Hi, I’m Sharon—a real estate salesperson based in New Plymouth with a genuine passion for helping people make their next move with confidence and clarity.
My journey in real estate began back when the average home sold for around $80,000 and contracts were often signed on the bonnet of a car. Life then took me in a different direction as I raised our family of two very energetic boys, but my love for property and people never left.
In 2016, I returned to the industry, working behind the scenes as an executive assistant to the principal of a local real estate firm. This role gave me valuable insight into how the real estate world had evolved, and it inspired me to return to sales with fresh energy and perspective. After requalifying, I stepped back into the role of salesperson—combining practical experience with a renewed focus on service, presentation, and results.
One thing that sets me apart is my background in photography. In 2015, I completed a full-time, year-long photography course at WITT, which sharpened my creative skills and gave me a trained eye for visual detail. Today, I use that creative edge to help sellers present their homes in the best possible light—because first impressions matter, especially in real estate.
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to people. I believe in building real relationships, listening closely, and guiding clients through the process with honesty, warmth, and professionalism. Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, or preparing to sell, I’m here to make the experience smooth, informed, and even enjoyable.
Let’s work together to make your next step the right one.
