Owner-operator of REMAX Queenstown. With over a decade in real estate and a background in property management and investment property sales, Esteban is known for his genuine care, local knowledge, and strong community connections.

Esteban moved to New Zealand from Buenos Aires in 2013. He holds a Bachelor in Communications and a Graduate Diploma in Business, and has built a career in real estate for over a decade working as a senior property manager, new homes consultant, and investment property specialist before becoming the owner-operator of the local RE/MAX franchise in Queenstown.

Throughout his career, Esteban has connected many vendors with buyers, investors with hundreds of tenants, and successfully assisted with the settlements of a great number of units for their new owners.

Well known in the Queenstown community, he takes pride in long-standing relationships built on trust and results.

Outside of work, Esteban is an active skier and enjoys the Queenstown lifestyle, always involved in local sports and community activities.

My Mission

Over the years I have learnt that advice in real estate often depends on who you ask. Property managers will tell you to hold, Airbnb managers will say every home performs better short term, and sales agents will always say it is the right time to sell. The truth is that every property and every owner is different.

I founded REMAX Enterprise to bring all three services under one roof: long term management, short term rentals and residential sales. This allows me and my team to give honest, tailored advice based on what is truly best for each client.
