Having lived on Waiheke Island since late 2010, Jamie has a strong knowledge of the local market and has seen Waiheke become a premium location to live and holiday with some of New Zealand’s most desirable homes.
Jamie has a varied skill set in terms of his career history and experience. Prior to his real estate career which started in 2013, Jamie had a seven year stint on a private super yacht, sailing the world and rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous. He then returned home to Christchurch to work in the family business, managing a national fashion retail chain. After the earthquakes hit, it was a move north and into real estate, where he began honing his skills in development and project marketing.
Having lived on Waiheke Island since late 2010, Jamie has a strong knowledge of the local market having recently transitioned from his role of the Waiheke sales manager for 6 years into a selling role. He has seen Waiheke become a premium location to live and holiday with some of New Zealand’s most desirable homes. Understanding exactly what we are representing and selling is the most important aspect of real estate to Jamie.
Jamie is enthusiastic when it comes to anything property related. His love of architecture and design is a perfect fit for New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Dealing with high profile clients, understanding their needs and requirements is Jamie’s top priority.
