She has engaged with vendors and buyers across most sectors of real estate from developers, tenants and investors as well as undertaking roles within property management and recruitment.

With this significant body of experience standing her in good stead, Els loves to keep her focus on customer service and relishes the client facing nature of real estate. Her strengths are building rapport and staying in front of her clients’ requirements at all times and she takes immense pride in anticipating their needs and reacting swiftly to the market environment.

Experience working on The Lagoons Development in Dubai and Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, was a career highlight and taught Els many strengths including complex organisational skills. She worked for 5 years in Property Management, Rentals and Commercial real estate in central Wellington and she carries this experience into her career today as a Sales Associate with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in the Wairarapa.
