With a multifaceted real estate career spent across many sectors of the industry, Els Nagtegaal has enjoyed developing a holistic approach to her work.

She has engaged with vendors and buyers across most sectors of real estate from developers, tenants and investors as well as undertaking roles within property management and recruitment.

With this significant body of experience standing her in good stead, Els loves to keep her focus on customer service and relishes the client facing nature of real estate. Her strengths are building rapport and staying in front of her clients’ requirements at all times and she takes immense pride in anticipating their needs and reacting swiftly to the market environment.

From Holland originally, Els approaches her business with a forthright and direct manner, is always on time, and loves order; a challenge at home with two busy boys under the age of 10 and a new puppy.

Experience in Dubai working on the sales and management team in a significant development, The Lagoons, which included the Dubai Towers and the first Dubai Opera House, was a career highlight and taught Els many strengths including complex organisational skills. She carries these over into her career today as a Sales Associate with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in the Wairarapa.
