Selma, who was an accounts administrator for the former Continental Airlines head

her life & went into real estate.

Selma found she had a talent for the job when she started working for Auckland real estate couple Mike and Irene Green at their

Remuera/Epsom Harcourts office – one of nine they owned at the time.

The Greens didn’t usually take on inexperienced people but they took a punt on Selma and it certainly paid off, with the working

relationship becoming a very rewarding one for many years. The challenge and rewarding results of real estate negotiation is in
