I have been in realestate since 2008. My success in realestate is based on working succesfully with vendors and purchasers so they can move on to the next chapter in their lives. Communication is paramount so that we can achieve the result together.

I have spent most of my life in Central Otago. Having raised a family of 4 boys it was always busy whether at school or on the sports field. I enjoyed managing, assisting and stepping in when needed as a coach. Whilst the boys were growing up, I owned the Omakau mail run and supported the family shearing business. In 2010 we shifted to Cromwell as Josh was invited to join the Cromwell Golf Academy – we did a lot of travelling with Isaac being at Dunstan High School and us in Cromwell. I shifted back to Omakau in 2020 and commute on a daily basis to wherever needed throughout Central Otago.

Since starting in 2008 my passion and commitment are still high as the day I started – except without the nerves and gaining more knowledge and experience in Marketing. I absolutely love what I do and being part of the process in starting new chapters in clients lives. Whether it is selling your property and looking for the right buyer for your home. I enjoy guiding clients in the direction to get the best possible result -making sure they are fully aware of the whole process so together we can achieve this and then they can move on to the next chapter. The three Ps in realestate for selling your property are the most important - Price, Presentation, Profile - which I discuss with you so that we can achieve the best result.

I love helping buyers reasearch the market and finding that right property, assisting them in going to contract right through to settlement date. Communication is the key for both buyers and sellers – my aim is always to get a great result so that I can get repeat business or referrals for the future. My success is based on my client’s success.
