Originally from Southland, Peter Hishon is the franchise owner for Tall Poppy Real Estate Central Otago & Wanaka.

Since joining Real Estate in 2014 Peter has developed a reputation for achieving great results for his clients. Peter joined Tall Poppy as a franchise owner in 2018 and along with supporting his team of salespeople has had great success in Central Otago.

With a lifetime of sales and negotiation experience working as a stock agent it was an easy transition to helping clients buy and sell property - ensuring he provides a friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. A testament to his hard work, Peter placed second in the NZ Tall Poppy annual sales awards in awards in 2019 and 2020 and was also recognised by Rate my agent as being in the top 30 for Agent of the Year throughout NZ in 2020.

Peter loves the Central Otago lifestyle having raised his children here and is actively involved in local business affairs, sports and cultural activity and enjoys auctioneering for local fundraising.
