Prior to working at Tall Poppy Manawatu, Bruce spent time selling in a “regular” real estate company. He soon switched companies however after learning about Tall Poppy, as he realised how much more this model would offer both his clients and himself, with its increased focus on transparency, accountability and very reasonable selling fees. He liked the idea of putting the client at the centre of the process.

Bruce strongly believes in good client relations and loyalty, coupled with efficient and positive attitude to achieve great results. He always serves his clients with honesty, integrity and trust.

Bruce has an ability to sell homes other agents struggle to sell - even after many months on the market. After 30 years in a local business, he acquired the skills needed to negotiate his way through the toughest of sales.

Bruce also understands that there are no shortcuts in selling your home. Hard work, top service, market knowledge and endless amounts of enthusiasm is what's needed to guarantee a successful sale.

Bruce is both a family man and a businessman. Having brought up two children, Bryce 28 and Shelley 24, he’s spent many Saturdays watching rugby, netball and hockey from the side-lines. He still enjoys a good days fishing and a barbeque with his friends. Bruce is a respected member of the community having served on the local council community board and sponsoring many schools and sports clubs.
