I’ve been a foundation agent at Tommy’s Real Estate since its start up, May, 1999, and I’m proud to still be actively involved in what is now one of New Zealand’s busiest and most successful real estate offices.
With almost 30 years of experience in residential sales, I bring a strong and considered approach to negotiation, in-depth knowledge and a deep understanding of the Wellington property market.
I’m market-focused and detail-driven, with a creative eye and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for my clients. For me, real estate is about people as much as property—I enjoy building genuine connections and finding common ground, because that’s where trust begins and great results follow.
The team culture at Tommy’s is a big part of what keeps me motivated and has kept me true to my colours. I value the support, shared standards, and long-term approach we take. My goal is always for clients to feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely satisfied—not just with the result, but with the entire experience.
Outside of real estate, when I’m not working (seldom) I love the outdoors—skiing, trout fishing, mountain biking and enjoy classic cars. My wife is Canadian born, so there’s usually a trip to Canada on the horizon to visit family. I have two amazing daughters who are well on their way through university and beginning their careers. Previously I worked in tourism for 6 years, both in New Zealand and Europe, including three years driving coaches for Contiki Holidays through Mainland Europe, Russia, and Scandinavia— having visited and experience over 40 countries has given me a fantastic prospective and shaped my appreciation for people of all walks of life.
Real estate is something I genuinely love—whether it’s a first home, family home, investment property or, an asset wealth generator - it a privilege to help and watch people turn their dreams and aspirations into reality whether they are buying or selling.
