Danielle Stoddart is the newest addition to Alexia Stoddart’s #1 ranking Tommy’s team. If the last name wasn’t a giveaway then her competitive energy is one of many tell-tale signs that Danielle is following in the footsteps of her award winning Mum.

Danielle isn’t new to the world of property, recently completing a three year builders apprenticeship working on both commercial and residential sites. Working on-site under trying conditions further fuelled Danielle’s desire to work alongside her Mum and take on a new challenge that would put her in front of clients – important for a self-proclaimed ‘people person’.

Before becoming a qualified builder, Danielle worked at a high level in hospitality (working in and managing Wellington’s top restaurants). Danielle places huge importance on putting her best foot forward and working towards a collective goal (whether that be buying, or selling a home). Danielle has purchased, renovated, and sold her own property, so she knows the process back to front, and she has been helping Alexia at open homes for the last few years knowing that a career in real estate was the end goal.

Outside of the real estate world you’ll find Danielle enjoying the Wellington food scene, on the ocean fishing, and working on her next renovation in her own home.

Danielle’s background and down-to-earth personality make her an approachable and powerful addition to the ‘Stoddart powerhouse’ real estate team. There is no better team than a family unit in real estate – it comes without saying that Alexia and Danielle plan to retain the #1 position at Tommy’s. They are without a doubt your best bet in real estate.

"Danielle was brilliant from start to finish. This was the first property I have purchased and despite having lived in Wellington before, there were areas I was not familiar with. Danielle took me all over the city looking at prospective properties that I was curious of, she also took me to a few properties that I had not discovered, which I found to be really good suggestions that could have worked for me. It's pretty daunting having never done this before, Danielle was super supportive in this respect. No question was too silly and she ensured I had considered all the things important to consider, whether with regards to specifics of a property, or the legal side of things when it came to making an offer and seeing it through to purchase. If I needed anything or was unsure, I felt very comfortable going to her for the answers which she always had. There was also an element of caution for me approaching any estate agent, everything you read tells you always remember the sales person is working for the vendor. However I felt very comfortable with Danielle, she genuinely had both my best interests and the vendors in mind during the whole process. There was no pressure or hard sell, just positive suggestions and advice. Thumbs up, she's a good'n"
