David’s career and achievements:

David has bought and sold a number of properties himself so is familiar and sympathetic to the stresses of buying and selling. He is also adept at home renovating and offers an insight and ideas to his clients in respect of opportunities for enhancing the value of their personal home or investment property.

In his first year in Real Estate alone, David exceeded $15 million in Residential Sales and has performed consistently well ever since. His willingness to get the Job done and deliver a result that pleases is what has led to his success in Real Estate. David’s interests and passions:

I love to travel. Having been in the travel & tourism industry for many years before entering into Real Estate, it has always been so much a part of my life. I am a big city person and love the bright lights of all the big cities of the world. New York, London and Hong Kong are particular favourites. I’m not really the safari type – although I do want to take my family to the Northern Territory of Australia as the wildlife there is some of the best in the world.

I really love my work though – and I think this is what sets a very good Real Estate agent apart from the rest. You have to want to be involved in what you are doing and what’s going on and not just see it as a job. I wouldn’t want to do anything else. Whether it’s first home buyers with all the questions in the world or the astute investor who wants a quick sale. You have to be prepared to step right in and meet the expectation from day one.
