I am an original foundation agent of Tommy’s Real Estate 1999, and proud to be actively involved in what is now the busiest and most successful real estate office in New Zealand (2017). Having recently secured * Large Residential Office of the Year Winner 2016/2017, * Most Sales from a single office (runner up) 2015/2016 and *Office of the Year (number of sales) 2014/2015 – I can say we are very good at what we do! With over 20 years experience in residential sales & investment properties I understand the principles of negotiation when dealing with large property transactions. I am market savvy, I take a detailed market approach, have a creative eye and have excellent knowledge of the Wellington market. I enjoy interacting with people, no matter who they are. There is always something in common beyond the property – and I look for that. The team spirit and culture of Tommy’s makes the difference for me – the support and the values. I take a long-term view, at the end of the day I want my clients to like and trust me and be comfortable with the results they achieve. That’s why I do this. Outside of Real Estate my leisure interests revolve around the outdoors and include: skiing, trout fishing, mountain biking and travel where possible. Fortunately for me my wife is from Canada and ensures that there will always be a trip to Canada on the horizon. I have travelled extensively and worked in the tourism industry in New Zealand and Europe. I worked for three years driving coaches for Contiki Holidays in central Europe, Russia and Scandinavia.
