Bronwyn entered real estate in 2011, bringing an unbeatable work ethic and varied work and life skills accumulated from two high-achievement careers.

Reaching the top of her profession in her first career of teaching, Bronwyn became foundation principal of St Matthew’s Primary School in Hastings. This challenging position, managing the multiple requirements of staff, pupils, parents and officialdom, introduced her to people from all walks of life and established a sound grounding in business and customer relations.

That experience stood her in good stead when in 2001 she opted for a career and life change and moved to Queensland. There, she launched a second career buying, renovating and selling apartments in the highly competitive Gold Coast market, along the way highlighting talents in project management and design.

Nine years later in 2010, she and husband Noel headed back to New Zealand, moving to Tauranga, where they combined Bronwyn’s experience with Noel’s creative and computer skills to begin a new, joint career in real estate with LJ Hooker. In less than 12 months, Bronwyn had worked her way into the top 10% of the company’s 650 sales staff to win the Captain’s Club award – the first in a string of real estate awards.

In 2014 the couple moved to Hawke’s Bay to be closer to grandchildren, with Bronwyn continuing her real estate success with the Tremains Real Estate Havelock North office.
