We have had our house on the market for 9 months /6 months with Tall Poppy, 3 months with Harcourts/. During that time we did not get any offers. Then I heard some really good comments about Tremains/ Brent Bastin team/ and we decided to have a go with them. Started marketing on Wednesday, first open home on Sunday/ 6 groups through, which never happened with neither of the companies/, had a very strong interest at the first open home, an offer next week - SOLD!!
