I began my real estate career in 2019 and obtained my license in 2020. Since then, I've enjoyed the social aspect of working with clients—whether they're buying or selling. I'm dedicated and always committed to achieving the best possible outcomes.
With nearly 40 years in the building industry—across residential, rural, and industrial projects—Stephen offers clients a deep understanding of construction and how to best prepare properties for market.
Originally from Northern England, he began as a self-employed bricklayer before falling in love with New Zealand during a six-month visit. In the early 1980s, he made Putaruru home and established a local building business serving the wider community.
Stephen has always been community minded. He joined Kiwanis in the late '80s and began volunteering with St John Ambulance in 1994, qualifying as a paramedic in 2002. He eventually transitioned into a fulltime ambulance officer role while continuing to work in construction until 2008.
In 2013, he moved to Tirau, renovated his home, and joined the Tirau Volunteer Fire Brigade. He remains involved with St John to this day.
Licensed in 2020, Stephen brings honesty, strong negotiation skills, and a wide local network to his real estate work. He finds it incredibly rewarding to guide clients through the buying or selling process and is committed to helping them achieve the best possible outcome.
