Corvin Carvalho’s family comes from Goa which was a Portuguese colony and he grew up and was educated in Mumbai, India. He moved to New Zealand 2001. Moving with his family to a country he knew little about and had never visited was a brave decision but one he has never regretted.

In his earlier life, a shipping career took him all over the world. However in 1986 he came ashore permanently and embarked on a very different journey - one equally stimulating and exciting - the world of real estate sales. Corvin already had 15 years of successful real estate experience under his belt when he got here in 2001 so it made sense to join the industry on his arrival in Auckland.A very welcome addition to the UP team at Mt Eden, Corvin has a proven and very successful track record of marketing, negotiating and selling properties.

In 2013 Corvin was the proud recipient of New Zealand Premier Status at the annual Ray White awards.

The recognition was a ringing endorsement of his skills and abilities in real estate.Deeply involved in the Goan community, Corvin has been President of the Goan Overseas Association of New Zealand for the past 6 years. He is married with two sons. A close knit family, they enjoy spending time together.

Corvin has a non-negotiable moral compass that guides his personal life and professional conduct. Impeccably honest and transparent, Corvin never compromises any aspect of his role as a real estate agent. He is very passionate about his duty to serve his clients well and ensure that they find the buying and selling of a home a completely positive and fulfilling experience. With invaluable negotiating skills and the respect of his community - for his humanity and sense of fair play, Corvin is a person you can totally count on. To quote one of his clients “Corvin is the man!”.

"I have been an admirer of the U.P. brand. Their ethical and professional approach is a fit with how I like to do real estate."
