Andrew has been involved in real estate activities since 1986. Activities include residential property management, suburban housing and apartment sales and acting as a professional body corporate secretary. In his real estate sales career Andrew has sold some 350 properties with a total value of some $70 million. He is well-versed with all the issues facing property vendors and purchasers, be it the myriad of forms of title, fee simple, cross-lease, unit title, company shares, freehold or leasehold. A further area of expertise is his experience in sales of apartments subject to leases, in particular hotel and student accommodation developments and properties with remedial issues.
