Patrick is an accomplished entrepreneur, owned coffee shops, multiple start-ups, and worked as a Partner Manager (BDM) across various businesses. After selling all ventures, he’s now channeling his drive and passion into a successful real estate career.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa, Patrick connects easily with clients from all walks of life. Since starting in real estate in January 2025, he has successfully sold 5 homes, generated over 20 offers, and listed more than 10 new-build developments for his company.

Patrick starts his mornings riding his electric scooter while running his dogs, followed by a gym session at Les Mills on Victoria Street before heading to the office. In the evenings, he trains competitively in kickboxing at Ghostfist Lee Gar, a hobby that reflects the same dedication and energy he brings to his clients.
