Born and raised in Auckland, and an Auckland Grammar School alumni, with strong Polynesian heritage. Family is a major part of life and a constant grounding influence in everything I do.

Ambitious, driven, and focused on continual improvement. I value honesty over performance and direct communication over anything overly polished or scripted. There’s no interest in pretending to be anything other than what I am — just a focus on doing things properly and getting better at the craft every day.

Naturally drawn to challenges and difficult situations, with a strong belief in discipline, consistency, and execution. Satisfaction comes from doing hard things well and seeing them through properly.

People matter. The most valuable part of anything in life is the people around it, and being around good people is a priority. The aim is always to build and spend time with those who are grounded, honest, and real.

Outside of work, family and sport play a big role. A loyal Warriors supporter — if I’m not working through something, there’s a good chance I’m either talking about them, watching them, or dealing with the emotional rollercoaster that comes with being an NRL fan.
