I was born and raised in Shanghai and first came to New Zealand in 2002. My background in real estate is broad and well-rounded. I’ve worked in relocation consulting, property investment, and owned a business consulting company. While working closely with property developers in Shanghai, I led marketing and promotional strategies, which gave me a strong understanding of how to position property to achieve the best possible results. Having also completed successful property investments myself, I understand the process from a client’s perspective — not just as an agent.

I now live in Palmerston North with my wife and young daughter and am proud to call Palmy and the wider Manawatū home. For me, real estate is about genuine connection.
